Why are hardwired camera systems preferred to WiFi camera systems?
Hardwired systems are able to operate over PoE (Power over Ethernet) and this ensures a consistent communication for more crisp and clear images over longer distances. Cameras are powered through this connection as well, so you do not have to worry about access to outlets or other power sources. Finally, since the cameras are not communicating over WiFi, they are less likely to be hacked or interrupted.
